Khaitan & Co Advised Managers On $500 Million Notes Issuance By REC
Khaitan & Co advised Mizuho Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Barclays Bank PLC, DBS Bank Limited, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, MUFG Securities Asia Limited, and Standard Chartered Bank, who acted as the managers in connection with the issuance of USD 500 million 4.75 per cent Notes due 2029 by REC Limited.
The issuance was under REC Limited's USD 10 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme. The notes are listed on the Global Securities Market of India International Exchange (India INX) and the NSE International Exchange (NSE IFSC).
