Khaitan & Co Advised Indiabulls Commercial Credit on Issuance of Secured Non- Convertible Debentures

Khaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel in relation to the issuance of secured, listed and redeemable non-convertible debentures for an amount aggregating up to INR 45 crores by Indiabulls Commercial Credit Limited (the Company), on a private placement basis (the Issue).

The proceeds of Issue will be utilised for, inter-alia, onward lending, repayment of existing borrowings of the Company and general corporate purposes. The Debentures are secured by way of hypothecation over the present and future receivables of the Company.
