Khaitan & Co advised HDFC Bank on a loan of approx. INR 977.90 crores granted to NTT Global Data Centers Del2, for the acquisition of assets from NTT Global Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure India.
NTT Global Data Center Del2 Private Limited (NTT GDC Del2) is a 100% subsidiary of NTT Global Data Centers Holding Asia DEL2 Pte. Ltd. which is ultimately held by Japan’s Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT).
Headquartered in Mumbai, NTT Global Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure India provides high-density, carrier-neutral data centers across India and supports the demanding ICT requirements of hyperscalers, enterprises and many more.
The finance will be utilized towards acquisition of assets from NTT Global Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited (GDCCI) and meeting future capital expenditure requirement in relation to development of 22.4 MW data center asset and related infrastructure in Greater Noida.
Khaitan & Co advised HDFC Bank in the transaction. The deal was led by Dr. Siddharth Srivastava, Raunak Singh Rahangdale, and Aparna Tripathi.
