Khaitan & Co advised Anarock Property Consultants on Rs.200 crore funding from 360 ONE Asset

The outlay will bolster its leadership position in the Indian real estate services space

Khaitan & Co has advised Anarock Property Consultants Pvt Ltd on the investment deal of Rs.200 crore from 360 ONE Asset Management Ltd (formerly known as IIFL Asset Management).

The investment will enable Anarock to enhance its tech infrastructure, accelerate its expansion, and introduce innovations to bolster its leadership position in the Indian real estate services space.

The transaction team comprised Bhavik Narsana (partner), Nirav Punjani (principal associate), and Adrito Dutta (associate).
