Hoi Hup seeks advice from Mayer Brown on the purchase of Holborn Gate

Mayer Brown acted as counsel to Singaporean investor Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd during its purchase of Holborn Gate from Fifty-Eight Capital.

A roughly 159,000 square-foot office and retail complex called Holborn Gate is situated near to Chancery Lane Station in London at 326-332 High Holborn and 26 Southampton Buildings.

Mayer Brown also advised on Hoi Hup's 2018 acquisitions of 322 High Holborn and 44 Southampton Buildings, which together give the company ownership of 1.1 acres in the centre of Midtown. Simon Price, a partner in real estate, served as the team's leader, along with senior associate Erin Brayshaw, partners Andrew Hepner, and associate Jon Smith. Team members included Anna Jackson-Smith, Olivia Lucas, and Kirsty McLeish as associates and senior associate Peter Parten as well as partner Simon Rose.
