DSK Legal advised and assisted Casagrand Premier Builder Limited in respect of the acquisition of land admeasuring 29,900 square meters which shall form part of the proposed Integrated Township situate at Village Bhawadi, Taluka Haveli, District Pune alongwith the agreed development potential currently owned by Tiwari family.
DSK Legal assisted Casagrand Premier Builder Limited in inter alia (i) conducting due diligence in respect of the property, (ii) advising on structuring of the transaction, (iii) advising, preparing, revising, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents i.e. the Master Agreement, MoU, Agreement to Sale, Power of Attorney, and other ancillary deeds, letters and writings thereto and (iv) execution and registration of the Agreement to Sale and Power of Attorney at the office of the sub-registrar of Assurances.
