DMD Advocates advised and successfully represented GE India Industrial Private Limited (GEIIPL) before the National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench for the demerger of its energy businesses.

The demerger formed part of a global strategy of General Electric Company, the ultimate parent of GEIIPL, and a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, to spin off its businesses into three companies focusing on aviation, healthcare, and energy.
