DLS Law Offices represented the Ozone Group on their investment, partnership and structuring of the joint venture with Kubik - Discover Luxury, to create and offer partitions for homes, offices, retail and commercial spaces.

The Joint Venture will be known as Kuboz Arc Pvt. Ltd. Ozone has partnered with Kubik to create and offer the widest range of partitions for Homes, Offices, Retail, & Commercial Spaces.

Ozone Group is a market leader in production, procurement, distribution and sale of luxury architectural hardware products and solutions, including glass fittings, door closing devices, floor springs and patch fittings, furniture fittings, steel bathroom accessories, digital locks, safes and vaults, and other customized stainless-steel fabricated products and related businesses.

Kubik will bring strength, technology, and experience to the new sub-division. In addition, Ozone's network, existing HANA Demountable Partitioning Systems, and PAN India presence will establish the group with the widest range of Partitioning System options in India. The Joint Venture will see equity and know-how participation from both the JV partners from time to time commencing from the recent closure of the transaction.

Kubik – Discover Luxury is a leading player in designing, manufacturing and installing partitions for luxury architectural projects in India and is also involved in manufacturing of office partitions, glass partitions, demountable office partitions and acoustics.

The team of DLS Law Offices provided complete transaction support to the Ozone Group in their strategic investment into the newly formed Joint Venture company, including structuring the transaction, conducting due-diligence, drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents along with advisory on the ancillary aspects of the transaction, etc.

The transaction was led by Founder and Managing Partner Dipti Lavya Swain along with Associates Deepika Rathore and Mishthi Seth and Intern Anmol Garg.
