Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal advisor to Valueleaf Services (India) Pvt. Ltd., a digital marketing solutions firm, and its founders in their acquisition by VerSe Innovation Private Limited, the parent entity of Dailyhunt, through a cash-and-stock transaction.
Valueleaf Group, a bootstrapped, data-driven digital marketing solutions provider, offers digital growth solutions to advertisers across various categories to enhance customer acquisition metrics. Founded in 2006, the company has built a reputation for delivering effective digital marketing solutions.
This acquisition is expected to accelerate VerSe Innovation’s efforts in building an ad exchange platform targeting consumers in India. Through the integration of Valueleaf’s performance data, supply-side integrations, and industry-focused solutions with VerSe’s advertising tech stack and data management platform, the aim is to deliver superior Return on Ad Spends (ROAS) for advertisers. The move will also enhance VerSe Innovation's retargeting capabilities and full-stack advertising solutions, driving improved programmatic performance.
