Indian law firm Burgeon Law has advised Swach Environment Private Limited to finalize a one-time settlement with its lenders.
It was the final phase of the OTS, following a prior deal involving group restructuring to streamline the company’s financial and operational structure.
The settlement facilitates the infusion of new capital from an investor, ensuring the company becomes financially strong.
Established in 2011, Swach Environment is headquartered in Kolkata and is a comprehensive environmental infrastructure and services company. It specializes in integrated solutions for water treatment, wastewater management, sewage treatment, and solid waste management.
The company’s projects encompass the development and operation of water utilities, catering to industrial, commercial, municipal, and domestic sectors.
Earlier, Burgeon Law advised Swach Environment on its exit from Nangloi Water Services.
