HSA’s Delhi and Mumbai-based litigation partner Nand Kishore and his team of four fee-earners will join DSK. This comes after DSK Legal’s en-masse seven-partner poaching of a corporate projects Delhi-Mumbai-Bangalore team from HSA Advocates.
The advisory practice of Kishore focuses on direct and indirect tax and anti-trade laws, while in disputes, he does employment, arbitration and white collar crime cases. He will join DSK’s Mumbai office, two principal associates, one senior associate and one associate, in tow.
A 2000 Delhi University graduate, Kishore began his career for one year at Luthra & Luthra in Delhi, followed by three years with Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan and then some time as an independent. He joined BMR Advisors in 2008 for three years, moving to HSA in 2011 as a partner.
DSK managing partner Anand Desai said, “Kishore’s experience in tax laws fills a requirement we had, and his experience in dispute resolution will add to our strength in this area.”
